Meet Our Chief Executive Officer

Andrew has been at IDL since 2004 and has a detailed understanding of the Beverage Production Process. Andrew comes from a Science and Winemaking background, with over 30 years of experience in Beverage Manufacturing. Andrew started with IDL as a Winemaker before moving into a sales role. In 2016, Andrew became one of the Executive Directors of IDL, overseeing Sales, Quality Assurance and Beverage Production, before becoming the CEO in 2023.

Our Departments

  • In addition to our CEO, we have four Senior Managers. General Manager of Sales Lachlan Cameron, General Manager of Supply Chain Greg Flight, General Manager of Beverage Operations Mario Rubbino, General Manager Campbelfield Jayden Pertzel and Chief Financial Officer Jeff Cole.

  • Our Finance Team doesn’t just crunch numbers; it actively business partners with teams across the site to help everything run smoothly. They also run our Cellar Door, creating a welcoming space where people can enjoy the best of what we offer.

  • Our award-winning beverage products journey across the globe, reaching 46 countries worldwide. Our dedicated commercial team comprises of a team of Account Managers and a Strategic Partnerships arm who seek to deliver consistently to our customers.

  • Our talented team of Winemakers, Cidermakers, RTD creators and Food & Beverage Technologists craft a range of unique beverages to fulfill our customers requirements. From innovative products to repeat orders, our Cellar & Beverage Operations team craft quality products for bulk dispatch or packaging.

  • Based in Lara, our Warehouse and Logistics Team are the critical conduit between our manufacturing facility and IDL customers all over the world. Logistics Manager Kaine’s team including Elliott, Greg, Ben, Peter, Fraser and Wazza are the gatekeepers for every product produced at our Moorabool site

  • For more than 15 years, IDL has proudly run a 24-hour packaging operation. From packaging bottles to cans or kegs, our dedicated Packaging Team efficiently package quality products every week.

  • Quality Assurance

    Our QA program is overseen by Nat who ensures compliance with HACCP, GMP and is responsible for maintaining our QA certifications with IFS and BRC.

    We operate an on-site laboratory to ensure the compliance of every beverage product we produce.

  • Our Maintenance team is headed by Maintenance Manager Wally who oversees all maintenance tasks including the commissioning and installation of new machinery, required machine services and safety compliance. Maintenance Fitter’s Andrew, Brant and Jayden are also key members of our maintenance crew.

  • Responsible for coordinating the planning of production across beverage and packaging productions, along with ensuring the timely arrival of all raw materials (cartons, bottles, cans, labels, wraps etc). The team all aim to ensure a smooth production outcome for our customers.
