With a storage and fermentation capacity of 21.14 million litres, the latest clarification technology, including two cross-flow filters capable of filtering 25,000 litres per hour, each, our capabilities are vast and always evolving. Our cross-flows and omnia reduce loss on filtration, and filter product down to 0.2 micron.
